The least amount of judging we can do, the better off we are, says Michael J Fox.
Do you agree people hardly realize their own mistakes; instead they strive to point out someone else’s?
People say, the more we judge others, the more we are judging ourselves.
There is a big judgment on social media now, about Will Smith and Chris Rock during the recent Oscar 2022 ceremony.
Some people say, Will Smith’s behavior is uncalled for and it is wrong, and another group of people thinks not all wrong is wrong. Sometimes a slap is a solution.
Well, people have opinions on what is right or wrong, people judge!
Before we judge others, perhaps we could:
Stop passing judgment if we find ourselves being judgmental
Instead of judging someone for what he’s done or how he looks, try instead to understand the person. He / She may have a situation at hand.
Once we begin to understand, or at least think we kind of understand, just try to accept and move on.
Why we should not judge others?
Because constantly seeing the bad in others, will train our minds to find the bad in others and every situation, which can lead to an increase in stress and negative biases.
There is goodness in every individual, see the positive side first!
